The update also lowers Replit Cloud pricing across deployments, app storage, and outbound data transfer starting August 1, applied automatically to published projects at the start of their next billing cycle. None of these are individually dramatic, but together they show Replit continuing to build out Agent as a full communication-aware, mobile-capable development environment rather than just a code-generation feature bolted onto a browser IDE, worth watching for teams evaluating vibe-coding platforms as a lighter-weight alternative to traditional dev tooling.
